The hotelier has full control over the availability of rooms. This means they can lock availability anytime (e.g. stop sales at high season)
The system supports English, Greek, French, Spanish, Russian, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, and Turkish. Soon it will support other languages. The available languages are customized by the hotelier.
The administration platform is in English language but it may be translated in any other language.
The hotelier will be notified via e-mail, FAX and SMS (optional).Simultaneously, the system sends to the customer a reservation e-mail with the booking information and attached a reservation voucher in pdf.
